Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before checking out. If you have questions or need help before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to assist!

 


 

Melted Body Butters

Because our body butters are whipped and made without stabilizers like beeswax, they are more sensitive to heat. We do our very best to prevent melting by using insulated bubble mailers and ice packs, especially during warmer months.

However, once your order is in transit, we cannot control weather conditions or carrier handling, and melting is still a possibility.

 

What to do if your body butter arrives melted:

  • Place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to re-solidify.

  • The texture may change, but the product is still safe, usable, and just as nourishing.

  • It may appear like “less product,” but that’s due to loss of whipped air — not a loss in weight or volume.

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products, as this is a natural risk with heat-sensitive, all-natural skincare.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Shayla J Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 

We understand this can be frustrating, and we truly sympathize. If this happens, we kindly advise you to:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Check with neighbors, your leasing office, or other household members.

  • If your package was marked as delivered but not received, your carrier will be the best point of contact.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@shaylajbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

 

We’ll do our best to assist based on the situation.
